Every Wednesday from 3 October, Qualified Pilates Instructor Elaine Leake will be showing us how to exercise the Pilates way!
But what is Pilates?
Pilates is a form of exercise which focusses on strengthening the body and improving overall wellbeing through developing core strength. Like Yoga, Pilates is all about posture, balance and flexibility centred around the mind-body connection.
Pilates @ Kira is suitable for all fitness levels and is held every Wednesday from 1.30pm to 2.15pm in Greenwood. All are welcome.
